Pick your plan and tell us your address, bin day and a good time to call. We call you to lock in your first clean date. Nothing to pay until your bins are clean.
Leave bins out
Put your bins out as usual. We come in the afternoon, after the council truck has emptied them.

Washed inside and out, sanitised and deodorised. We capture our wash water, so nothing goes down your drain.

Crystal Bins is a service of Crystal Cleaning Services, a Melbourne-based family business. We started with bins because nobody likes cleaning them, and we live in the same northern suburbs we clean.
Good to know
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bins out on bin day like normal and keep them out until we text you that they're done. We leave them where we found them.
When do I pay?
After your first clean. We text you a secure payment link once your bins are done. Nothing up front.
What if the council truck hasn't come yet?
We clean in the afternoon of your bin day, after the truck. If your bins are still full when we arrive, we skip them and come back later that day or on your next bin day. You're only charged for bins we clean.
Do I need to know my bin day?
It helps, but if you're not sure, pick "Not sure" in the booking form and we'll look it up with your council.
Where does the dirty water go?
We capture all of our wash water and dispose of it properly. None of it goes into the gutter or stormwater drains.
Which bins do you clean?
Rubbish, recycling and green waste are included. Glass or extra bins are $10 each.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time before your next clean. No lock-in contracts.
